      Angie K Jewelry Return and Exchange Policy

      Your satisfaction is very important to me. I will refund the full price of your purchases for a period of fourteen (14) days from the date of receipt.

      To start the refund process, please email me at angie@angiekjewelry.com or use the contact form on the website.  I will provide instructions on return shipping.

      Please keep in mind that returned items must be in new condition, without alterations or scratches and in the original box.  You should also know that custom orders are not returnable.  For additional questions relating to your return, please use the contact us form.

      Return and Exchange Costs

      Unless I determine your item was damaged on arrival, organizing return shipping and all associated costs, including shipping fees, customs, duties and any applicable taxes are your responsibility.

       Ineligible Returns

      To be eligible for a return, your item (i) must be unused; (ii) in the same condition you received it in; and (iii) in the original packaging. We do not accept returns for products that were listed as final sale items at the time of purchase.

       When Will I Receive My Refund?

      Once your returned item is received we will send you an email notifying you that we received the item.  Unfortunately, your refund cannot be processed until the item in question has been returned to us. If your refund is approved, a credit will be applied to your original method of payment. We are unable to issue a refund using a different payment method.  If more than seven (7) days pass from the time you returned your item and you have not received your refund, please email us at the address above.

       My Product was Damaged on Arrival

      If you received an item from us that was damaged on arrival, please email us immediately. We will replace your item or refund your money. To assist you better, if possible, send us a photo of your product damaged on arrival as soon as practical. I will provide instructions on how to return the damaged item to me.

      Exchanges

      If your product was damaged on arrival, you may elect to exchange your product rather than seek your refund.

      Angie K Jewelry is a handcrafted jewelry, most of the pieces are unique, one of a kind and in some cases, I might not be able to guarantee an exact replacement item. In this situation, I would gladly offer you an exchange for a different Angie K Jewelry item of a comparable price or a full refund.
